Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Cozy Town: Hidden Objects (the "Game"), published by Vasilkoff Ltd ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, together with our End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or distribute the Game or its art, music or levels, except where the law allows this.
2. Virtual items
- The Game contains virtual items such as coins, magnifiers, compasses and collection pieces. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the Game.
- You hold a limited licence to use virtual items in the Game; you do not own them. Because progress is stored on your device, virtual items may be lost if you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game.
- We may change how virtual items work, for example to balance the Game.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Prices are shown in the Game before you buy.
- Except where required by law or by the store's refund policy, all purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple.
- If we offer a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions or in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; benefits continue until the end of the paid period. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
4. Ads
The Game is free and is funded by ads and optional purchases. Rewarded ads are optional. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.
5. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, use modified versions of the Game, exploit bugs, interfere with leaderboards (Google Play Games or Apple Game Center) or attempt to access our systems without permission. We may reset scores or progress gained this way.
6. Content and updates
We may add, change or remove places, levels and features, and may require updates to keep playing. Some content is downloaded and needs an internet connection.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, including its art, music, text and software, belongs to Vasilkoff Ltd or its licensors and is protected by law.
8. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vasilkoff Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Vasilkoff Ltd is registered, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
